Description:
3-Aminofurazan-4-carboxylic acid (3AFC) is a molecule that belongs to the group of amidrazones. It is insensitive to low energy, chloride, and hydrogen chloride, making it useful for skin care products. 3AFC has been shown to react with triethyl orthoformate in a diffraction experiment to form an amide bond. 3AFC also has tautomeric properties that allow it to be used as a macrocyclic molecule.
