Product Information
Acetylcimigenol arabinoside is a natural antioxidant that has been found in plants of the Ranunculaceae family. It can be used as an additive to food compositions and as a saccharification agent in the production of ethanol. Acetylcimigenol arabinoside has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis, which may be due to its ability to reduce reactive oxygen species and scavenge free radicals. This compound is also able to quench fluorescence and thus can be used in measurements of light-scattering properties of food products. Acetylcimigenol arabinoside can be used as a non-invasive diagnostic tool for determining skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, or psoriasis.
