Description:
4-Bromo-2,6-difluorobenzyl bromide is a benzoxazole that has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of the JAK2 kinase. 4-Bromo-2,6-difluorobenzyl bromide inhibits the phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in cellular assays and inhibits the activity of JAK2 in cellular models. This compound can be orally administered and has shown good efficacy profiles in biochemical assays.
