Product Information
5-[(7-Benzyloxyquinazolin-4-yl)amino]-4-fluoro-2-methylphenol hydrochloride is a cytotoxic agent that has been shown to induce apoptosis in bladder cancer cells. It inhibits the activity of the human protein, light exposure, and microenvironment by binding to DNA and inhibiting DNA synthesis. This drug also induces cancer cell death by activation of polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The antitumor effect of 5-[(7-Benzyloxyquinazolin-4-yl)amino]-4-fluoro-2-methylphenol hydrochloride is due to its ability to inhibit epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and repair mechanisms. This drug also has chemokine activities.
