(2R,4R)-4-Tert-Butyl-2-(2-Fluorophenyl)-3-[2-[[3-[(2S)-1-Hydroxy-1-Oxopropan-2-Yl]Phenyl]Carbamoylamino]Acetyl]-1,3-Thiazolidine-4-C arboxylic Acid (NUPLAZID) is a selective dopamine D3 receptor partial agonist. It is active in the nucleus, caudate and putamen of the brain and has been shown to reduce motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease. NUPLAZID can be dissolved in propylene glycol or other solvents and is soluble in diluents such as water.
