Description

N,N'-Bis(acryloyl)cystamine is a cross-linking agent that has been shown to be effective in the prevention and treatment of cancer. It is a component of nanogels that have been shown to bind to viruses in a way that prevents them from infecting cells. N,N'-Bis(acryloyl)cystamine can also be used as an adjuvant for vaccines against infectious diseases such as malaria and HIV, by binding to antigens on these viruses so they are more easily recognized by the immune system. This drug can also be used for the treatment of inflammation due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
