Description:
1-Butyl-1H-imidazole-2-carbaldehyde is a structural modification of imidazole, which is a heterocyclic compound. The compound has been studied thermally and kinetically at hydrostatic pressure regimes. It has also been shown to have conformational changes when exposed to magnetic fields. Low temperatures have been determined to be the most effective for its conformational changes and ligand binding abilities. It has also been found that 1-butyl-1H-imidazole-2-carbaldehyde can reversibly form anions with low metal cations.
