N,N'-Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-1,3-benzenedicarboxamide is a high molecular weight liquid that is insoluble in water. It has been shown to have good fluidity and processability and can be used in multilayer processes. It can also be used as a replacement for styrene in the production of polymers. N,N'-Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-1,3-benzenedicarboxamide is an intermediate that is used to produce melamine formaldehyde resins and vinyl alcohol from ethanol solutions.
