Product Information
3-Bromo-N-hydroxybenzamidin is an orientational isomer of 3-bromo-N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)benzamide. It has been shown to have a similar photophysical and electrochemical properties as the parent compound. It has also been shown to be more efficient in functional theory simulations than the parent compound. The electron delocalization is due to the five membered ring structure and transfer with other molecules that are present in the device. The orientation of this molecule is symmetric, which means it can rotate 360 degrees around its central axis without changing its shape or position.
