3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl chloride is a chemical that is used as an intermediate in the production of fluvoxamine maleate. 3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl chloride can be chlorinated with hydrogen fluoride, hydrochloric acid, and chloride to produce fluvoxamine maleate.
