Description:
N,N'-Bis(3-hydroxypropyl)homopiperazine is a synthetic compound that inhibits platelet aggregation by binding to the membrane of the platelet. It causes an increase in the concentration of calcium ions in the platelet membrane, which leads to platelet activation and aggregation. N,N'-Bis(3-hydroxypropyl)homopiperazine also dilates blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. This drug has a constant elimination rate of 24 hours.
