Description

7-Bromo-6-chloro-4(1H)-quinazolinone is a synthetic compound that is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of ethylene diamine. This substance has been shown to exhibit cytotoxicity against bladder cancer cells and tenella, as well as antiproliferative effects on human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and epidermal growth factor (EGF). 7-Bromo-6-chloro-4(1H)-quinazolinone can be synthesized in an efficient manner using butanol as a solvent.
