2-Bromo-1-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl) ethanone (DMPE) is a chemical that belongs to the group of alkaloids. It has been shown to be toxic and cause damage in rats and other animals at high doses. DMPE causes damage by binding to DNA and inhibiting DNA synthesis. The activity of DMPE on the testes was evaluated using a testicular weight assay and quantified using HPLC analysis. This study aimed to analyze the effects of DMPE on testicular tissues. The results were analyzed with curves and summarized in a table for easy comparison.
