(S)-tert-Butyl 2-(4-bromo-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate is a synthetic chemical compound that modulates protein kinase activity. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of angiogenic protein kinases, which are enzymes involved in tumor growth and inflammation. (S)-tert-Butyl 2-(4-bromo-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate can also inhibit the activation of the kinase receptor by its natural ligand, and thus prevent cancer cells from proliferating.
