Product Information
- 2-(Benzyloxy)-1-Bromo-3-Nitrobenzene
2-(Benzyloxy)-1-bromo-3-nitrobenzene is a chemical compound that is used as a precursor for the synthesis of pyrazoles. This chemical can be obtained by reacting 3-carboxyphenylboronic acid with acetoacetate and nitro. The hydrolysis reaction of this compound leads to the formation of 2-(benzyloxy)-1-bromo-3-nitropyridine. The cyclization reaction can be performed in an organic solvent, such as ethyl acetoacetate or phenol, to form pyrazole derivatives. The preparation process starts from 2,4,5-trichlorobenzaldehyde and thrombopoietin receptor protein. Nitro groups are introduced onto the benzene ring through diazonium salts and ethyl acetoacetate.
