Product Information
- 3,3'-[Methylenebis(4,1-phenyleneoxy)]bis[2-chloro-1-propanol]BFDGE.2HCl
Bisphenol F bis(2-chloro-1-propanol) ether is a mixture of two diastereomers. It is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of bisphenol F monoesters and diesters. Bisphenol F bis(2-chloro-1-propanol) ether is analysed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The analysis is optimized for the separation of the two diastereomers based on their acidity and other physical properties, such as solubility in organic solvents. Validation studies are done to confirm that the analytical method can be used for routine assays.
