Product Information
N-Benzoyl-4-nitroaniline ethyl ester is a chemokine receptor antagonist that binds to the CXCR2 receptor and blocks the binding of chemokines. It also down-regulates the production of inflammatory cytokines in immune cells, such as eosinophils and neutrophils. N-Benzoyl-4-nitroaniline ethyl ester has been shown to decrease the number of eosinophils in the blood stream after immunization with an antigen. This drug has also been used to treat allergic asthma by blocking chemokine receptors on leukocytes, which inhibits their migration into the respiratory tract.
