Description

Boc-L-4-Aminophenylalanine is an amino acid that has been shown to be synthesized by cancer cells in breast cancer cell lines, and can also be conjugated with anticancer drugs. It has been shown to have a high affinity for cancer cells. Boc-L-4-Aminophenylalanine is a substrate for L type amino acid transporters and can be used for the treatment of breast cancer. This compound may also be useful in the treatment of other cancers due to its ability to inhibit the uptake of endogenous amino acids.
