Description

(S)-3-(Boc-amino)pyrrolidine is a cytotoxic agent that is synthesized in the laboratory and has been shown to have antituberculosis and antibacterial activity. It is a topoisomerase inhibitor that prevents the unwinding of DNA. This drug has been shown to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial DNA, which leads to cell death by apoptosis.
