Description

N-Butyl ProPargyl carbamate is an antimicrobial agent that belongs to the group of chemical compounds called alkylphenoxy polyethoxy ethanol. N-Butyl ProPargyl carbamate is used to preserve cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and other consumer products, as well as ingredients in food and beverages. N-Butyl ProPargyl carbamate has been shown to work synergistically with benzene and surfactants like sodium lauryl sulfate for the removal of bacteria from water surfaces.
