Boc-Ala-OSu is a supramolecular complex that is composed of an amide and a condensation product. It is an inhibitor of methyltransferase, leading to the inhibition of DNA replication and transcription. Boc-Ala-OSu has been shown to be effective against solid tumours in animal models, with a mass range of 1 to 100 nmol/kg. The molecular weight of this compound is 496.5 Da, and it has several functionalities, including fluoroacetamide, oxalyl chloride, and methyl bromide. Flow rates can be detected by mass spectrometry (MS) detection at about 10 μL/min for protide detection or 2 μL/min for MS detection.
