Description:

1-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)indole-2-boronic acid is an organic compound that is used to synthesize indoles and other heterocycles. It has a fluorescence quantum yield of 0.03, which is relatively low for this type of compound. 1-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)indole-2-boronic acid can be used in the ring opening of cyclic ethers and in the synthesis of fluorescing compounds by attaching a fluorescent molecule to a boron atom. In addition, this compound also has kinase inhibitory activity.
