(+)-cis-2-Benzylaminocyclohexanemethanol is an x-ray crystal structure that has two different diastereomeric salts, cis and trans. The cis is represented by the blue molecule on the left and the trans is represented by the red molecule on the right. These two molecules are mirror images of each other and are not identical in their chemical makeup. They have a different arrangement of atoms around a central carbon atom. The cis molecule has six hydrogen atoms, one oxygen atom, one nitrogen atom, and one carbon atom, while the trans molecule has six hydrogen atoms, one oxygen atom, one nitrogen atom, and two carbons. In this case both molecules have four hydrogen atoms attached to the central carbon which makes them both chiral molecules.
