Description:

(3R)-(-)-1-Benzyl-3-aminopyrrolidine is a chiral, non-steroidal compound that is used as an anti-diabetic drug. It has potent antagonistic effects on chemotaxis and can be used to study the role of G protein-coupled receptors in chemotaxis. (3R)-(-)-1-Benzyl-3-aminopyrrolidine can be synthesized by solid phase synthesis and has been shown to be a potent antagonist of amines. This compound is also useful for detection of amines with high sensitivity.
