Description:
1,3-Bis(1-adamantyl)imidazolium Tetrafluoroborate is a quinoxalinedihalide organometallic compound. It has been shown to be a catalyst for cross-coupling reactions at temperatures up to 130°C. The 1,3-bis(1-adamantyl)imidazolium Tetrafluoroborate is soluble in many solvents, including DMF and THF. Reactions with this ligand take place in the presence of a base such as potassium carbonate or cesium carbonate, and can be completed in minutes.
