Description:
Benzenesulfonyl isocyanate is a chemical compound that contains a chloride group. It has been shown to be an effective anti-inflammatory agent in animal models of autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Benzenesulfonyl isocyanate has been used as a sealant and adhesive in pharmaceutical preparations, such as in the manufacture of capsules and tablets. It can react with aliphatic hydrocarbons to form adhesives, sealants, and coatings for paper products. This chemical can also act as an antimicrobial agent or be used for the production of anti-inflammatory compounds. The reaction solution can be used to produce hydroxylated aromatic hydrocarbons or fatty acids.
