Description

2-Bromo-4,6-difluoroanisole is a liquid that is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of polyaniline. It is also used in the manufacture of antioxidants and other chemicals. 2-Bromo-4,6-difluoroanisole can be dissolved in water and may be hazardous to aquatic life and human health if released into the environment. It has a molecular weight of 179.2 g/mol and a boiling point of 265°C.
