Description

2-Bromo-4,5-dimethoxyphenylacetic acid is a synthetic compound that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of cancer. It acts by inhibiting the growth and proliferation of cancer cells. 2-Bromo-4,5-dimethoxyphenylacetic acid inhibits cancer cell division by amide formation with DNA, leading to DNA strand breakage.
