Description:
Blinin is a reactive substance that inhibits the enzyme farnesyl diphosphate synthase and inhibits the production of farnesyl diphosphate. Blinin has been shown to have a protective effect on liver tissue in c57/bl6 mice, but it does not inhibit the activity of catalase. Blinin also has an anti-corrosive effect, which may be due to its ability to inhibit matrix metalloproteinases.
