Description

2-(3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-2-methylpropionic acid is a synthetic compound that has been shown to be an effective treatment for psychosis and bowel disease. It also has shown potential in the treatment of cancer, bronchial symptoms, and addictive behaviors. 2-(3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-2-methylpropionic acid is a prodrug that is hydrolyzed by esterases to the active form.
