Description:
1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroisoquinolin-7-ol is a pharmacologically active compound. It has been shown to inhibit the production of urotensin and corypalline in cultured cells. This drug also inhibits the binding of ligands such as mcf-7 to their corresponding receptors. 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroisoquinolin-7-ol has been shown to have affinity for sulfamate and non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The pharmacologic effects of this compound are not fully understood at this time.
