Cyclobutyl methyl ketone (CBK) is a small molecule that is used as a synthetic intermediate for organic synthesis. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of cancer cells and has been used to treat bone-related disorders, such as chronic kidney disease. CBK also inhibits the activity of acetylcholine receptors, which may be due to its ability to act as an alkylthio group.
