Description

2-Chloromethyl benzimidazole is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial that inhibits the replication of the syncytial virus. It binds to the H1 receptor on the surface of cells and blocks an enzyme in the body called histamine N-methyltransferase, which prevents histamine from being broken down.
