4-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1-[3-[2-(4-Fluorophenyl)-1,3-dithiolan-2-yl]propyl]piperidin-4-ol is a potent and selective inhibitor of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) that blocks the activation of the epidermal growth factor receptor.
