N-(2-Cyano-3,12-dioxo-28-noroleana-1,9(11)-dien-17-yl)-2,2-difluoropropanamide is a creatine kinase inhibitor that can be used for the treatment of myocardial infarct, as well as for other diseases such as nephrology and dialysis. It has been shown to inhibit viral replication by preventing the mitochondrial membrane potential from being disrupted. N-(2-Cyano-3,12-dioxo-28-noroleana-1,9(11)-dien-17-yl)-2,2 difluoropropanamide also inhibits granule neurons in the brain. This drug may be a potential drug target for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and glomerular filtration rate.
