It has been shown to inhibit viral replication by preventing the mitochondrial membrane potential from being disrupted. N-(2-Cyano-3,12-dioxo-28-noroleana-1,9(11)-dien-17-yl)-2,2 difluoropropanamide also inhibits granule neurons in the brain. This drug may be a potential drug target for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and glomerular filtration rate.
