Name:
6-[[4-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl]-2-(5-fluoro-1H-indol-4-yl)-4-(4-morpholinyl)-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine
Description:

6-[[4-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl]-2-(5-fluoro-1H-indol-4-yl)-4-(4-morpholinyl)-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine is a synthetic compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of prostate cancer cells through the activation of pi3kδ. It has also been shown to have antiangiogenic and antitumor properties in vivo. 6-[(4-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-1 piperazinyl]methyl]-2-(5-fluoro-1H indol 4 yl) -4-(4 morpholinyl) thieno [3, 2 d] pyrimidine binds to ATP which leads to an increase in atp levels, thus inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. This drug also has inhibitory effects on monoclonal antibodies such as Herceptin and Rit
