It has also been shown to have antiangiogenic and antitumor properties in vivo. 6-[(4-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-1 piperazinyl]methyl]-2-(5-fluoro-1H indol 4 yl) -4-(4 morpholinyl) thieno [3, 2 d] pyrimidine binds to ATP which leads to an increase in atp levels, thus inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.
