Product Information
Corylifol A is a natural compound extracted from the etoac tree. It has been shown to have anti-tumor effects in cell lines derived from carcinoma. Corylifol A inhibits the growth of rat liver microsomes and also affects energy metabolism, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The matrix effect of corylifol A has been shown to be due to its ability to increase the binding affinity of mouse monoclonal antibodies. This compound also has anti-inflammatory properties, as well as possible immuno-modulatory effects. Further research is required before it can be determined if this compound could be used for the treatment of cancer or other diseases.
