Description

N-Cyclopropyl4-aminophenylsulfonamide is a selective deacylating agent that is used for the conversion of acylated amines to their corresponding amides. The reaction occurs in two steps: first, the sulfonamide group reacts with the acylated amine to form an intermediate and then, this intermediate reacts with chloride to form the desired product. N-Cyclopropyl4-aminophenylsulfonamide can be used as a more efficient alternative to conventional methods because it has high yields and short reaction times.
