Description

CLP-290 is a benzodiazepine receptor ligand that has been shown to be effective in animal models of ventral tegmental area function. CLP-290 is an agonist at the benzodiazepine receptor, which is a G protein-coupled receptor that regulates neuronal function and modulates anxiety.
