Description:

5-Chloromethyl-4-methyl-2-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)thiazole (CFMT) is a demyelinating agent that can be used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. CFMT has been shown to activate peroxisomes and promote fatty acid metabolism, which may be related to its ability to induce neuroinflammation. It also induces activation of the nervous system, which may contribute to its efficacy in treating neurological disorders. CFMT has shown pharmaceutical activity against nervous system diseases, such as myasthenia gravis, by inducing the proliferation of neural cells.
