Description:
2-Cyanobenzenesulfonyl chloride (2CB) is a potent and selective chemokine receptor antagonist. It blocks the binding of chemokines to their receptors, thereby inhibiting inflammatory responses. 2CB has been shown to be effective against autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders, bowel disease, and cancer.
