Trans-1-Cinnamylpiperazine is a natural compound that has been found to have inhibitory activity against tumour cells in cell culture and animal models. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by binding to their receptors, which blocks the activity of amines and natural compounds. Trans-1-Cinnamylpiperazine also has a neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist effect, which may be due to its ability to block the synthesis of proteins that are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation. Trans-1-Cinnamylpiperazine has been shown to have antihemostatic, antithrombotic, and antihypertensive properties.
