N-(3-Chlorophenyl)-6,7-dimethoxyquinazolin-4-amine hydrochloride (NQ) is a potent inhibitor of the tyrosine kinase, PDGFR. It inhibits the proliferation of t84 cells and causes a decrease in the mitochondrial membrane potential. NQ has been shown to be a suitable model system for studying the intracellular targets of growth factors.
