3-Chloro-2-Hydrazino-1,2-Dihydropyrazine Hydrochloride is a potent synthetic chemical compound that is used as a catalyst in the Suzuki reaction. It has been shown to catalyze the reaction of chloroaldehydes and purine under mild conditions, leading to high yields.
