Crebanine is a natural product that has been isolated from the plant Stephania crebania. It is a boron nitride with n-f-κb DNA binding and dna binding activity. Crebanine has been shown to inhibit TNF-α-induced cytokine expression, drug interactions, mitochondrial membrane potential and cell proliferation. In addition, it can be used to control the bacterial growth in the plate test and inhibit hl-60 cells.
