4-Chloro-2,6-difluoroaniline is a monoacylglycerol lipase inhibitor that has been shown to have good oral bioavailability. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of triacylglycerol lipase and monoacylglycerol lipase in vitro, which may lead to an improvement in metabolic disorders.
