2-Chloro-5-fluorobenzoyl chloride is a chemical compound that has been synthesized in vivo and studied using computational methods. This drug also exhibits inhibition activity against infarction, which is the death of cells due to lack of blood flow. The mechanism behind this effect is not yet known, but it is possible that 2-chloro-5-fluorobenzoyl chloride inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-1β.
