4-Chloro-7-fluoroquinoline-3-carbonitrile (4CFCN) is a fluorinated quinoline that is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of amine analogs and inhibitors. 4CFCN has been shown to inhibit the kinase activity of human tyrosine protein kinase, which may be due to its binding to the ATP binding site. 4CFCN has high efficiency in vivo, with a high level of activity against bosutinib.
